Questions and answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Can every timeshare be placed in a trust?

No. Resort rules, ownership documents, financing and applicable law may restrict transfers. An independent qualified attorney determines whether a trust is appropriate.

Does rental income guarantee my maintenance fees are paid?

No. Rental demand, resort rules, cancellations, expenses and fees vary. We do not guarantee rental income or full fee coverage.

Who controls maintenance-fee savings?

The customer or their authorized account provider. Timeshare Legacy does not hold customer reserve funds under the proposed planning service.

Can family members still use the timeshare?

Usage depends on resort policies, ownership rights, reservations and any applicable trust terms.

Is the 10% rental commission charged on every booking?

The proposed commission applies to completed rentals only, under a written agreement and where the activity is legally permitted. Other provider or resort charges may apply.

Do you provide legal or financial advice?

No. We provide education and administrative coordination. Independent qualified professionals handle legal, tax, investment and regulated financial services.

Are the listed prices final?

These are proposed introductory prices, subject to eligibility, scope and a written service agreement. We will confirm applicable fees before any engagement.

What if my family no longer wants the timeshare?

We can help organize information about resort-approved transfer or exit possibilities; no transfer, resale or release from obligations is guaranteed.
